About Lisa

Clear books. Calm systems. Real-world experience.

I work with small business owners who want their numbers to feel understandable, reliable, and useful — not overwhelming.

My approach to bookkeeping is practical and grounded in real business experience. I don’t just “keep the books.” I help you understand what they’re telling you and build systems that make running your business easier.

Why I do this work

I’ve spent over 20 years supporting small business owners — including running my own service-based businesses — so I understand firsthand how confusing, stressful, and time-consuming bookkeeping can feel.

Most business owners aren’t avoiding their numbers because they don’t care. They’re avoiding them because the systems don’t make sense, the reports don’t feel trustworthy, and no one has ever taken the time to explain what actually matters.

That’s where I come in.

My goal is to give you clarity, confidence, and systems you can rely on — without adding complexity or pressure.

1. Practical over complicated

I focus on what actually helps you run your business — not accounting jargon or unnecessary complexity.

2. Systems that last

Clean books are only useful if they stay clean. I build processes that support consistency month after month.

3. Clear communication

You’ll always know where things stand, what’s changing, and why it matters.

Intentionally Small Client List

I work with a limited number of clients so each business gets thoughtful, reliable support.

Who I work best with

I typically work with service-based and small businesses who:

• Want clean, accurate books they can actually trust
• Prefer clarity over complexity
• Value consistent systems and clear communication
• Want a long-term bookkeeping partner — not a quick fix

If that sounds like you, we’ll probably work well together.

Not sure what you need yet?

That’s okay. A short call can help us figure out where things stand and what the next step should be — whether we work together or not.

No pressure. No obligation. Just a clear conversation.
